JOB DESCRIPTION:

We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable team members to help us deliver a one-of-a-kind café experience. As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in providing legendary customer service, crafting consistently high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean, welcoming café environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Quick to learn and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
• Works well both independently and as part of a team
• Able to follow oral and written instructions and ask for clarification when needed
• Comfortable operating Drive-Thru, POS systems, and espresso equipment
• Ability to identify subtle differences in beverage quality, flavor, and presentation

• Provide exceptional, friendly service to every customer
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, even during busy times or unexpected situations
• Monitor the café environment and proactively respond to customer or store needs
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Support new team members with positive reinforcement and respectful coaching
• Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented workplace
• Follow all operational procedures, including those related to safety, cash handling, and cleanliness
• Keep all work areas clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Ensure consistent attendance and punctuality
• Prepare and serve beverages and food items to exact recipe and presentation standards
• Accurately and efficiently handle all sales transactions, including cash and card payments
• Ensure all customer purchases are properly recorded at the register
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming space for all guests and staff
