ABOUT US:

Massimo’s Italian Restaurant is a well-established and authentic Italian dining destination in Dubai, known for its warm hospitality, excellent cuisine, and commitment to quality. We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled Specialty Coffee Barista to join us.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of barista experience (specialty coffee background preferred).
• Knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and latte art.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Currently based in UAE (preferred).

• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based and specialty coffee beverages.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and service.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, brewers).
• Deliver outstanding customer service and engage guests with coffee knowledge.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the café/bar area.
• Support daily restaurant operations as required.
