JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, particularly in coffee preparation and service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Your ability to manage time effectively while delivering exceptional service will contribute to our customers’ overall experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous barista experience or experience in the food service industry is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is an advantage.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Operate the Micros POS system for processing transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Assist with food preparation and serving as needed, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation during peak hours.
