QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Must provide consistent commitment & availability

• Must have Saturday and Sunday availability, and will be scheduled based on business needs. Candidates who have limited availability will not be considered.
• Able to finish by 8 pm, or start at 6:45 am.
• 1-2 years of experience as a barista in a busy fast-paced establishment is required.
• 6 months of serving is an asset
• Lightspeed POS experience is a strong asset.
• Ability to multitask, and think critically
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Collaborative, honest and dependable
• Fluent in English
• FoodSafe is a bonus

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.85 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week

• Closing shift (8 PM finish); Opening shift (6:45 AM start)
• Fulfill coffee orders using a semi-automatic espresso machine.
• Perform table service for dine-in guests during brunch hours
• Work independently and oversee the entire storefront.
• Sell our retail products, including on Uber and DoorDash.
• Package retail food products
• Organize and maintain pastry displays
• Build rapport with new customers and returning customers
• Complete Opening/Closing checklists
• Restock products & supplies
• Maintain servewares
• General housekeeping and maintenance.
• Professionally and knowledgeably represent the company.
