JOB DESCRIPTION

We have a great opportunity for a skilled Barista / Shift supervisor at our Forge Bakehouse location in Dronfield.
The cafe is easily accessible by car from Sheffield and free parking available on site.
We are looking for a full time member working 4 or 5 days per week.

REQUIREMENTS:

Previous experience as a barista.
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
A positive and can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
