Position Overview: Join the BIBI’s team, where we create and serve fresh, vibrant salads in the heart of London. With four bustling locations across the city, we’re seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista / Shop Assistant to deliver excellent service. This role offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM - 5 PM, ensuring a great work-life balance.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: Previous experience as a barista or in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory; we’re happy to train the right candidate.
Coffee Passion: A love for coffee and a willingness to learn and grow in the world of coffee.
Customer-Centric: A friendly, approachable personality dedicated to delivering top-notch customer service.
Team Spirit: Willingness to collaborate with your colleagues and assist in various tasks as needed.
Reliability: Punctuality and consistent attendance during your scheduled shifts are vital.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing customer needs.
Flexibility: Monday to Friday.
Communication: Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
Remuneration: The compensation for the Barista / Shop Assistant position at BIBI’s will be discussed during the interview and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
