Description

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and passionate Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, and non-caffeinated drinks, while delivering outstanding customer service. You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for our guests. Basic Salary + Accommodation + Transport + Flights + Visa all paid for by the company. No expenses to the candidate Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and other beverages to company standards. Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers safely and efficiently. Greet customers warmly and take orders in a friendly and timely manner. Offer knowledgeable recommendations on beverages and food pairings. Handle cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and dining areas. Restock supplies, ingredients, and cups as needed throughout the shift. Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and setup. Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations. Stay updated on new drink recipes, seasonal offerings, and company promotions. Previous experience as a barista or in a customer-facing hospitality role (preferred but not essential). Passion for coffee and customer service. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and pride in presentation. Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes or procedures. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
