JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Barista to join our team! As a Barista, you will be the face of our café, welcoming customers, preparing high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages, and ensuring every guest has an excellent experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in customer service or food service is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

• Greet customers and provide outstanding service
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages
• Operate coffee equipment and follow recipes to ensure consistency
• Handle customer transactions using POS/cash register
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workspace
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health guidelines
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
