We’re looking for a fresh, bright and friendly Barista Supervisor to work with us in our coffee shop in Papworth Everard.
Essential skills / traits for the role
Worked in a cafe environment before

Desirable skills
We can provide training, but if you apply you should be able to demonstrate:
A love for coffee (we roast our own coffee and pay huge attention to the quality of our products)
Exceptional customer service
An ability to build good rapport with customers
Genuine interest in getting to know our customers and creating a friendly atmosphere
A team focused approach - we all work very closely together
