QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong coffee knowledge and excellent barista skills.
• Proven leadership ability and experience supervising a team.
• A proactive and hands-on approach.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic.

• Oversee daily café operations alongside the Venue Manager.
• Ensure coffee and service standards are consistently high.
• Train, support, and motivate team members.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
