FULL/ PART-TIME EXPERIENCED BARISTA – CAFÉ & JUICE BAR (WEST DULWICH, LONDON SE21)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our café and juice bar on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to deliver consistently high standards in coffee preparation, juice and food service, and customer engagement within a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 1 year professional barista experience in a busy café environment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and service standards.
• Previous experience with juice and food preparation is highly desirable.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Organised, reliable, and proactive with excellent communication skills.
• A positive attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for customer service.
• Flexibility to work full-time hours, including weekends.

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, juices, smoothies, and light food items.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge and ensure consistency in preparation.
• Provide efficient, professional, and courteous customer service at all times.
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation within the café.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support stock rotation and contribute to the overall efficiency of service.
• Responsible for open (06:30) and set up of cafe.
