Responsibilities

TASKS WILL INCLUDE:

· Assisting the Barista Manager with the day-to-day management of the store, including opening and closing responsibilities.

  • Delegating tasks as appropriate amongst the barista team
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of barista made, hot and cold beverages
  • Ensuring all counters, fridges and tables are set up prior to service time.
  • Replenishing counters and fridges.
  • Maintaining attractive presentation of food throughout service.
  • Providing a high standard of customer service, dealing with customers politely and professionally at all times.
  • Assisting in the preparation and service of food and beverages for our customers.
  • Carrying out dedicated cleaning of equipment and/or areas as per approved cleaning schedules.
  • Operating the till.
