Key Responsibilities: - Lead and motivate a team of baristas to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. - Oversee daily operations during your shift, including managing inventory, cash handling, and store cleanliness. - Train and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Ensure adherence to Starbucks' standards and procedures, including food safety and quality control. - Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. - Collaborate with the store manager to implement strategies for achieving sales targets and improving store performance. - Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, encouraging teamwork and communication among staff. - Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and recognition to foster growth and development.
