Job Responsibilities: Ensure regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation. Engage with customers to understand their needs and respond effectively through clear and friendly communication. Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customize them based on customer requests, including adjustments in temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
