JOB SUMMARY

We’ re looking for a Barista to join our growing team at Silcox Coffee on Kingsmead Square.
As a Barista, you will be responsible for ensuring the best quality coffees are served to our customers with our typical warm and friendly customer service. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers, ensuring they have a lovely experience every time they visit.
There is scope for development to Supervisor level as we’re always happy to develop good team members!
We’re looking for someone who is loyal and committed to work in our team, willing to help out their colleagues and going above and beyond for our customers.
Punctuality and communication skills are a must, along with Barista experience and shifts in a hospitality setting. Food handling would be a bonus.
This is a full time role so fully flexible availability is required, including mornings, 7pm closes and weekends.
