JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous barista experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
  • Must be able to drive
  • Provide cover for other shifts if needed
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage, training will be provided.
  • Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
  • Ensure all food safety standards are followed during food preparation and serving.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including equipment and utensils.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
  • Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation during busy periods.
  • Uphold the brand’s standards in terms of product quality and presentation.
