REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience as a barista is admired, but not required
• Exhibit good manners, neat appearance, and proper personal hygiene
• Ability to work flexible hours
• An outgoing personality with good verbal communication and basic math skills
  The Human Bean quickly established a reputation for having friendly and experienced baristas and offering the highest quality ingredients

• Provide excellent customer service
• Prepare and serve beverages to customers, in accordance with customer requests
• Follow proper payment handling procedures
• Keep location inviting and clean
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
