EXPERIENCE

• Previous barista experience is essential
• Understand dialling in.
• Can prepare a wide range of espresso based coffees.
• Fast hands.
• Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is beneficial.

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to customers.
• Ensure all food safety regulations are followed during food preparation and serving.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee shop, including equipment and work areas.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for register operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons and addressing their needs promptly.
• Manage time effectively to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
• Assist in training new staff members on barista skills and shop procedures.
