JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Create beautiful latte art and ensure each drink meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold our high standards of hygiene.
• Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Assist guests in selecting beverages, showcasing your knowledge of different coffee types and brewing methods, including Australian favorites like flat whites and long blacks.
• Skills Required:
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in beverage preparation and presentation.
• Passion for coffee, with a solid understanding of coffee origins, brewing techniques, and flavor profiles.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS (PREFERRED):

• Experience with espresso machines and coffee grinders.
• Ability to create a variety of coffee beverages, including traditional and specialty drinks.
• Proven ability to handle customer concerns or issues with professionalism.
