POSITION:

Are you passionate about great coffee and friendly service? We’re looking for a skilled and knowledgeable barista to lead by example and help elevate the experience for our customers.
You’ll bring your love for coffee, exceptional barista skills, and a passion for sharing both with staff and customers. This is a hands-on role in a high-volume environment so you’ll need to be quick on your feet, confident under pressure, and committed to quality in every cup.

Your role as Barista:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to specialty standards
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and speed of service
• Create a welcoming, positive experience for every customer
• Maintain equipment, cleanliness, and overall workflow
• Support, mentor, and train junior team members
• Keep up to date with coffee trends and new techniques
• Help maintain stock levels and ordering when needed
• Handle payments and operate the till

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of barista experience in a fast-paced café or coffee shop
• A passion for coffee & customer service and the challenges that come with it
• An understanding of the café/coffee market and how to engage with your target market
• Energy and motivation to successfully lead and inspire your team
• Self-motivation with excellent organisational and communication skills
• A hands-on approach and willing to support in the pub on quieter days
