You will be accountable for: You will be responsible for consistently delivering warm, professional, and refined service that reflects the standards of a five-star luxury hotel. Delivering a consistently memorable and professional five-star guest experience Engaging guests with enthusiasm and confidence, sharing knowledge of our food and beverage offerings Preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to the highest standards of presentation and taste Ensuring all service standards, policies, and procedures are followed to create a seamless luxury experience Maintaining exceptional cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the barista station at all times Anticipating guest needs and responding with confidence, care, and attention to detail Supporting the wider Gallery team to ensure efficient, smooth, and collaborative service Preparing and serving a full range of hot and cold beverages with precision and consistency Delivering beverages efficiently while maintaining elegance and professionalism Providing warm, attentive, and personalised service to every guest Demonstrating strong product knowledge to confidently recommend beverages and suitable pairings Upholding all health, safety, hygiene, and food safety standards in line with company policies Contributing positively to a professional, supportive, and high-performing team environment Qualifications What you will need to do in this role?
