For full-time team members, we also offer comprehensive Medical/Dental/Vision plans and employer-paid life insurance for added peace of mind. #TownCountrySD Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to standardized recipes​ Greet guests, take orders, and provide friendly recommendations to enhance their experience​ Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment​ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including counters, seating, and workstations​ Handle cash and process transactions accurately using the POS system​ Assist with inventory, restocking, and ordering supplies as needed​ Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent​ Previous barista, café, or food and beverage experience preferred​ Strong customer service and communication skills​ Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, weekends, and holidays​ Basic math skills for handling transactions​ Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds​
Responsibilities
