Overview Town and Country Resort is seeking a professional and customer-focused Part-Time Barista to join our Food & Beverage team. You are responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and specialty beverages while delivering an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced resort environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards Greet guests courteously and provide prompt, friendly, and accurate service Operate coffee and beverage equipment safely and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations and equipment Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications Previous barista or customer service experience preferred Knowledge of coffee preparation methods and beverage presentation a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
