ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Barista Trainer in London at Origin, you’ll lead the way in shaping coffee excellence across our omni-channel business. From delivering SCA-accredited courses to mentoring competition-level baristas, you’ll inspire confidence, creativity, and quality. Whether you’re coaching at our training centres or supporting our hospitality partners on site, you’ll be a key driver of learning, standards, and coffee community at Origin.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Deliver SCA Barista Skills, Sensory, Brewing, and Technical courses across all levels
• Coach and mentor baristas, fostering talent and confidence
• Conduct on-site training for wholesale partners, ensuring coffee quality is consistently exceptional
• Support quality control at retail sites and create seasonal feature recipes
• Host tastings, lead training events, and support competitions across the UK and Europe
