You will interact with the guests to ensure their needs are meet and are comfortable, offering suggestions from the drinks menu through storytelling and educating them on our considered drinks menu offering. Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly and deliver an elevated, memorable coffee experience. Prepare and serve hot beverages to brand standards, ensuring quality and consistency. Educate customers on the Ralph’s Coffee story and product offerings. Maintain cleanliness and organisation across working and customer areas. Replenish stock and complete opening/closing checklists. Handle payments accurately and uphold brand presentation and grooming standards. Support smooth daily operations by assisting team members and following health & safety procedures. Qualifications Minimum of 1 strategic cycle in hospitality Previous experience making fresh coffee and hot drinks Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills Be action orientated and solution driven to achieve results A desire to build relationships and promote team work Be flexible in supporting the business and team
