REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous barista experience or strong knowledge of coffee preparation is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and practices in the food industry.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.

  • Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, syrups, pastries, and other supplies.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment while promoting teamwork.
