Heartwood Cafe & Tearooms are currently seeking a full time and part time experienced Barista & Waiter/Waitress to join the small and vibrant business. This role is working with a committed team.
Located in Sandridge, St Albans, the Cafe & Tearoom is open Tuesday to Sunday, with the potential to extend to 7 days across seasonal periods. Well placed local to St Albans City and Heartwood Forest, the Tearooms can become extremely busy and offers a full cooked menu as well as takeaway items, afternoon teas and cakes.
The working hours will be on a rota basis, with full time staff allocated 5 days per week, between the times of 08:00 and 17:30 (subject to seasonal changes).
We are seeking an individual who can offer excellent customer service skills, as well as the ability to work in a busy environment. Flexibility on working days are required, including weekends which will be rotated across all staff. Previous experience in the hospitality or service industry is essential for this role as we require a Barista with good customer service skills.
There is locally based free car parking as well as public transport routes from the city centre and other nearby villages/towns.
