We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team in creating exceptional coffee experiences for our customers. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and inviting café environment. Your expertise in coffee preparation and customer interaction will play a vital role in enhancing our guests’ experience.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous barista experience is essential, min. one year.
• Familiarity with till and cash handling process.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation is beneficial.
• A genuine passion for coffee and serving others will enhance your success in this role.

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and a range of cold drinks with attention to detail and quality.
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment, counters, and seating areas.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures during preparation and service.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, syrups, pastries, and other supplies.
• Engage with customers taking orders for beverages and food items while providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
