This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 180000 - Rs 300000 (ie INR 1.8 - 3 LPA) Min Experience: 1 years Location: Alibag, Awas, Maharashtra JobType: full-time Join our team as a Coffee Barista and gain hands-on experience in coffee making and customer service. Learn brewing techniques, prepare beverages, provide excellent customer service, and maintain equipment and cleanliness. Passion for coffee, strong attention to detail, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment is essential. This is primarily for our new location in Alibag (Alibaug). Please apply only if you are willing to relocate to this location or already stay at this location. Key Responsibilities Prepare coffee and other beverages according to established SOPs. Ensure the coffee bar remains clean and well-organized. Engage confidently with customers by explaining the menu, multitasking efficiently, and following instructions precisely. Adhere to hygiene and safety protocols. Actively participate in training sessions and skill enhancement programs.
