• Craft beautiful latte art and provide creative drink options with matcha and espresso.
• Ensure the highest quality standards for both flavor and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow health and safety guidelines.
• Take customer orders, recommend drinks, and handle payments efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in matcha and coffee culture.
