YayLo is looking an energetic, fun filled person to join us as a barista. The successful candidate will have barista skills, food service skills as well as an excellent customer service ethic, be able to work on the till and clean and clear the cafe.

Our Barista roles include:

• Making great coffee, iced drinks, teas etc
• Serving customers and helping team members to clean
• Initiative - always on the move looking for things to do
• Keeping everything sparkling clean and hygienic at all times, including personal appearance and hygiene
• Notifying the team so we can restock in good time
• A love of learning and enthusiasm for self-development
• A natural curiosity that drives one to always seek a better way of doing something
• Excellent attention-to-detail
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• Agile

Good to have:

• food handling certificates and allergen certificates
• Barista skills
• A qualification in food hygiene

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £12.21-£12.22 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
