As a Barista, you’ll be the morning hero, crafting coffee and espresso drinks that fuel our guests. Your passion for coffee and commitment to service will create a welcoming environment that guests will love. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Barista, you’ll create more than just coffee. In this role, you will: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, espresso, and tea beverages with skill and precision. Engage with guests, taking orders, making recommendations, and providing friendly service. Operate the espresso machine, grinders, and other equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards. Keep the coffee bar stocked with supplies, from beans to syrups. Assist with inventory management and daily cash handling. Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel. WHAT YOU BRING We’re looking for a passionate and personable coffee lover who enjoys making people’s day better. To excel in this role, you’ll need: Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role. Knowledge of coffee and espresso drinks, as well as brewing methods. Strong communication and customer service skills. The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. A flexible schedule, with availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays. A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
