QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to the highest quality standards.
  • Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming and upbeat atmosphere.
  • Take food and beverage orders both at the counter and at tables, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Operate POS systems with confidence; process orders, handle cash and credit card transactions, and provide accurate change.
  • Bag to-go orders with attention to detail for takeout and third-party delivery platforms, ensuring completeness and presentation.
  • Manage the expo window by organizing, checking, and running food orders to tables promptly and accurately.
  • Monitor dining area cleanliness and perform regular bussing and resetting of tables.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and service areas in compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Stay informed about menu offerings to answer customer questions, make recommendations, and upsell effectively.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of teamwork by communicating clearly, stepping in where help is needed, and contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Participate in opening and closing procedures, including restocking, cleaning, and setup.
