Job Description We're looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Barman to join our dynamic hospitality team in 6th of October City, Egypt. In this role, you'll be the heart of our bar operation, delivering exceptional service while crafting quality beverages in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You'll work collaboratively with our team to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable experience while maintaining the highest standards of organization and professionalism. Welcome and engage guests with genuine warmth and professionalism, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit Prepare and serve beverages according to established standards, including cocktails, mixed drinks, and non-alcoholic options Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and provide personalized recommendations to enhance the customer experience Manage bar inventory efficiently, including stock monitoring, ordering, and tracking of beverages and supplies Maintain accurate cash handling and process transactions using our POS system with precision and accountability Uphold exceptional cleanliness and organization standards throughout the bar area, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment Work effectively under pressure during peak hours while maintaining quality service and attention to detail Collaborate seamlessly with team members to support smooth bar operations and contribute to a positive work culture Address customer concerns with empathy and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction Stay current with industry trends, new cocktail recipes, and beverage innovations to continuously enhance service offerings Qualifications Extensive knowledge of alcoholic beverages, wines, spirits, and mixology techniques Proven experience in a bartending or similar bar service position Strong proficiency in cash handling, POS systems, and basic accounting principles Solid understanding of stock management and inventory control procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and remain calm under pressure in high-volume environments Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy with a commitment to maintaining professional standards Flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and operational demands Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cohesive team while also taking initiative independently Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations relevant to food and beverage service Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations with resilience and professionalism Preferred: Certification in mixology or bartending from a recognized institution Preferred: Experience in upscale or high-volume bar establishments Job-Category: Food & Beverage Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
