• Helps ensure the smooth operation of services and a sustained pace of activity by managing their sector
• Helps improve team spirit
• Contributes overall to customer satisfaction through the quality of their work and exemplary behavior.
• Ensures the setup and stocking of the bar
• Highlights his passion for creating extraordinary cocktails
• Prepare and serve drinks while creating an engaging atmosphere and building customer relationships.
• Highlights bar promotions, cocktails and products.
• Manages invoicing and inventory
• Ensures the cleanliness of their workplace and compliance with applicable legislation regarding establishments serving alcoholic beverages.
• Behavior and actions in an exemplary manner, embodying the spirit of the brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role, preferably including 5-star experience and/or luxury brand customer service.
• Attention to detail and emphasis on quality of service
• Minimum commitment of 12 months.
• Creative and passionate
• Fluency in French and English; any other language is an asset
• Flexibility to work on a rotating 7-day schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
• Working hours are primarily in the evening
• Organizational capacity
• Good presentation

Visa requirements: The candidate (working hours primarily in the evenings) must be legally eligible to work in Luxembourg. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining this European work permit.
