Job Description: Consistently monitor the quality of food and the level of service provided by staff members to ensure quality food and service is produced Analyze and control customer service satisfaction reports to ensure guests’ needs are met Develop and implement departmental standards, policies and procedures for customer service and employee satisfaction Support and enforce all policies, procedures and dress code Develop and implement scripting for all service staff Provide effective and efficient direction of the restaurant services by ongoing leadership to all staff members, ensure effective internal and external communication, exercise appropriate judgment and decision making skills and ensure all departmental staff activities are monitored and performed. Develop and train all staff members to ensure they are capable to perform duties to the standard of the department and the organization Enforce compliance on matters pertaining to regulatory agencies, internal accounting systems, administrative controls and internal policies and procedures Monitor the proper sanitation of the kitchen areas; storage and rotation of stock to achieve cleanliness of the F&B area Handle customer complaints and concerns in a timely and appropriate manner Maintain administrative control of all reports as required by areas of operation and administration Planning and taking part in promotional events Hold frequent training to further educate staff and for all new hires Oversee interviewing and hiring of servers and will schedule start day and training schedule. Set up and execute training map and make sure server is getting the required knowledge needed to start the position. Each day of training will consist of specific items/categories to be discussed and reviewed Perform all other duties as assigned Qualifications One year of restaurant experience required. Supervisory experience preferred.
