Position Summary As a Bartender at MONEYGUN, you’ll bring high energy, hospitality, and precision to one of Chicago’s busiest cocktail bars. This is a seasonal position with weekend availability required. We’re looking for bartenders who thrive in high-volume settings, have a deep knowledge of spirits and classic cocktails, and can deliver consistently great service under pressure. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: Preparing and serving cocktails, beer, and wine with speed and accuracy Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar Providing exceptional service and hospitality to guests at the bar and in the dining area Collaborating with barbacks and servers to ensure smooth service flow Following all safety, sanitation, and responsible service protocols Assisting with opening and closing duties as needed Requirements About You: 3–4 years of bartending experience in high-volume cocktail bars Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine Comfortable working efficiently in a fast-paced environment Consistent and detail-oriented in recipe execution Passionate about hospitality and guest experience Available to work late nights and weekends Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
