400 Gradi Essendon are looking for Bartender to join our team!

This role is for casual hospitality professionals who have basic bar knowledge. spirits, mixers, classic cocktails. To build a long term career with us by joining our busy vibrant team at our Essendon location.

• Required

-Experience within a fast paced, high-pressure restaurant venues
(minimum 2 year experience behind the bar is necessary)
-Current Victorian RSA
-Experience making coffee

-Must be availability for Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.

• Salary – Casual award, $31.19 - A$32.31 / Hour.
• Location - Essendon Vic.

The Bartender role is hands-on and detail-focused. Basic knowledge of spirits, mixers, and classic cocktails is required. Applicants must be organised, hardworking, and able to maintain a clean, well-stocked bar. Great communication, attention to detail, and a friendly, professional attitude are essential.
