As a Bartender at 6HEAD, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for delivering an extraordinary cocktail and beverage experience to our discerning guests in our premium dining establishment. Your mixology expertise and dedication to providing exceptional service will be pivotal in creating memorable moments for our patrons.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-end or fine dining restaurant is preferred.
  • Strong mixology skills and a creative approach to cocktail crafting.
  • Excellent knowledge of spirits, wines, and beer.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • A passion for delivering the highest level of guest satisfaction through exceptional beverage service.

  • Craft unique and innovative cocktails that complement our culinary offerings.
  • Maintain an extensive knowledge of our beverage menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairings.
  • Engage with guests, offer recommendations, and create personalized beverage experiences.
  • Ensure that the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
  • Monitor beverage inventory and assist with ordering and restocking supplies.
  • Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and check guest IDs when necessary.
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house and culinary teams to ensure a seamless dining experience.
