At Mövenpick Resort Waverly Phu Quoc, we make moments. Job Description Ensure the bar counter is set up and arranged according to standards and procedures. Greet guests promptly upon their arrival at the bar. Take drink orders from guests and ensure all orders are accurate. Prepare and serve beverages and light snacks to guests in accordance with service standards, ensuring hot food and cold drinks are delivered at the right time to maintain product quality. Make an effort to remember the names and preferences of regular guests to personalize the service for each individual. Create new beverages to meet guest demands. Perform up-selling and promote food and beverage offers, taking every opportunity to maximize sales revenue. Check in with guests to obtain feedback on service and enhance guest satisfaction. Prepare and ensure that bills are correctly charged before presenting them to guests for payment. Thank guests when they leave the outlet. Clean the bar counter immediately after guests leave. Report any complaints, incidents, or irregularities to the management team. Keep and follow up on food and beverage requisition forms, ensuring that items are received in accordance with the requisition. Apply necessary preventive measures related to the hotel’s food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP). Prepare drink garnishes. Keep all bar tools and equipment clean at all times.
