The role requires strong product knowledge, attention to detail and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring compliance with hotel standards, This is a full time evening position. Key Responsibilities Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring excellent service at all times Prepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel recipes and guest preferences Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cocktail trends, wine lists and beverage pairings Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, equipment and stock Monitor guest behaviour and ensure responsible service of alcohol in line with licensing laws Support the Food & Beverage team with stock control, ordering and inventory checks Promote hotel facilities, events and loyalty programs to enhance the guest experience Handle guest complaints professionally, escalating when necessary Adhere to all health, safety and hygiene standards Qualifications Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar F&B service role (preferably in a hotel or luxury environment). Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines and beers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-oriented approach. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
