Job Description As a Bartender, you will assist in preparing and serving beverages, keeping the bar area clean, and ensuring an excellent guest experience. You’ll interact with customers, provide great service, and support the wait staff in a team-focused, premium setting. Flexibility and a positive attitude are essential! Key Duties: Provide friendly, efficient food and beverage service to all guests. Ensure a positive experience and environment for guests. Build relationships with VIPs and regulars to meet their needs. Follow cleaning schedules to maintain high hygiene standards. Complete mis-en-place before guests arrive. Ensure accurate billing and follow hotel procedures. Adhere to liquor licensing guidelines and hotel policies. Maintain RSA certification and follow responsible service principles. Qualifications If this sounds like you, then let's get into the skills, experience and qualifications you will will need (but not limited to): Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage. Previous experience in a similar role is essential. Upscale hotel setting experience is an asset. Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example. Hold a valid and current RSA in Victoria. The ability to work various shifts in a 7 days business operations, including nights and weekends.
