Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team in Sepang, Malaysia. As a Bartender, you will be the face of our establishment, crafting exceptional beverages and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role offers the perfect opportunity to showcase your mixology expertise while building meaningful connections with guests from diverse backgrounds. You will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences that reflect our commitment to excellence and hospitality. Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages including cocktails, wines, beers, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and flair Demonstrate extensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparation techniques to make informed recommendations to guests Greet guests warmly, take orders efficiently, and provide personalized service that exceeds expectations Maintain an organized, clean, and sanitary bar workspace, adhering to all health and safety standards Manage cash transactions accurately and responsibly, including handling payments and processing transactions through the POS system Monitor and manage bar inventory, stock levels, and supplies while minimizing waste Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen staff, servers, and colleagues to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours Set up and break down the bar station with attention to detail and efficiency Assist with table turnover and maintain a welcoming atmosphere throughout service periods Stay current with beverage trends, new recipes, and industry best practices to continuously enhance service quality Handle guest inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues promptly Qualifications Prior experience in upscale hospitality or bartending environments preferred Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume service settings Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and beverage service standards Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests from diverse backgrounds Strong organizational and time management abilities Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Valid work authorization for Malaysia Food Handlers Certificate or equivalent hospitality certification preferred Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights Knowledge of Malaysian beverage regulations and licensing requirements is a plus Job-Category: Food & Beverage Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
