Job Description As a Bartender in a luxury Fairmont hotel, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage experiences while upholding the highest standards of hospitality and service. You will create a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere for guests, prepare and serve premium cocktails, wines, spirits, and other beverages, and ensure every interaction reflects the hotel's commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and luxury service standards. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on cocktails, wines, spirits, and menu offerings. Deliver attentive, personalized, and professional service to guests at all times. Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar area. Manage stock levels, assist with inventory control, and ensure proper storage of products. Follow all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage team to create memorable guest experiences. Qualifications Requirements: Previous experience as a Bartender in a hotel, upscale restaurant, cocktail bar, or luxury hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and current beverage trends. Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional, and guest-focused approach. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest service standards. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Advanced knowledge of English and Spanish is required; additional languages are an advantage. Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and health & safety regulations. Eligibility to work in Spain.
