Job Description The Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service and guest experiences in line with Pullman brand standards. Key responsibilities include: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes, ensuring consistent quality and presentation. Provide warm, professional, and efficient service while engaging with guests to enhance their overall experience. Maintain excellent knowledge of beverage menus, promotions, and special events; upsell premium products to maximize revenue. Ensure responsible service of alcohol in compliance with hotel policies and local regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards. Monitor stock levels, assist in inventory management, and minimize wastage. Work collaboratively with service staff, kitchen, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations. Attend training sessions and contribute to a positive working environment. Qualifications Minimum 1–2 years experience as a Bartender in a hotel, bar, or reputable restaurant. Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Well-groomed, energetic, and service-oriented personality.
