At BB’s Bar, we pride ourselves on creating memorable moments for every guest — whether it’s a casual catch-up, pre-event drink, or late-night unwind. We’re looking for an energetic and passionate Bartender to bring their flair for service and love for mixology to our team. What you’ll do: Deliver warm, attentive, and professional service to every guest. Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages - from classic cocktails to craft beers and fine wines. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Assist in stock management - including ordering, rotating, and restocking beverages and supplies. Create a welcoming and upbeat atmosphere that reflects the vibrant energy of BB’s Bar. Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and efficiently. Work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service across the venue Qualifications What we’re looking for: Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment (hotel bar experience a plus). RSA certification (Responsible Service of Alcohol) – essential. A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, and bar operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and event nights. A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a genuine smile.
