Job Description Create, prepare, and serve innovative drinks, including wine, beer, spirits, cocktails, and more, showcasing your expertise and passion for the craft. Engage with guests, taking orders and ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience with each interaction. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and care for all equipment and materials, ensuring the security of the outlet at all times. Consistently practice Responsible Service of Alcohol, adhering to all procedures and regulations. Deliver unique Heartist Peak Moments, providing exceptional service that exceeds guest expectations. Continuously develop and refine your knowledge of our products to offer informed recommendations and enhance the guest experience. Qualifications Bringing a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in a Bartender, Bar Attendant, or Mixology role, with a strong background in customer service in medium to large-sized hotels. Leveraging experience or formal training in the hospitality industry, including working in a star-class hotel or a fast-paced restaurant. Applying your creativity and expertise to maintain high standards of beverage presentation while serving guests promptly and professionally. Ensuring high-quality beverage service at all times, with a strong focus on food safety and compliance.
