ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Brings a friendly, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to every shift
  • Has bartending experience in a fine dining environment
  • Is composed and confident, with natural leadership qualities and an eye for detail
  • Understands the subtleties of fine dining—flow, timing, body language, and guest cues
  • Is passionate about delivering unforgettable guest experiences
  • Thrives under pressure and works well within a fast-paced, collaborative team
  • Communicates clearly, listens well, and works with integrity
  • Has a strong interest in food, wine, and beverage pairing
  • Has proven experience in a similar fine dining or Michelin-standard environment
  • Takes real pride in their work and consistently upholds the highest standards

THE ROLE

We’re looking for warm, confident, and detail-driven individuals to join our front-of-house team. In this role, you’ll help deliver the high-touch, high-standard service that defines Michelin-level dining, graceful, intuitive, and seamlessly executed from the first welcome to the final farewell.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Deliver consistently outstanding service with confidence, professionalism, and warmth
  • Create exceptional cocktails
  • Collaborate with our Sommelier in delivering exceptional food and drink experience to our guests
  • Anticipate guest needs and personalise their experience with subtle, considered touches
  • Maintain focus and attention to detail, ensuring every aspect of service is refined and seamless
  • Prepare the bar area before each service and help close it with structure and care
  • Lead by example with humility and positivity
  • Communicate effectively with both the kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain rhythm and pace
  • Uphold Akoko’s values and Michelin-level service standards at all times
  • Adapt to the energy of the room, handling pressure with grace and professionalism
