WE’RE HIRING — BARTENDER / ALL-ROUNDER & FLOOR STAFF

We’re looking for friendly, reliable team members to join our team in two roles:

Full - time / Part - time / Casual

1. BARTENDER / ALL-ROUNDER
2. • Prepare cocktails and other beverages
3. • Set up the bar before opening
4. • Restock supplies and keep the bar clean and organised
5. • Support floor service, including taking orders and serving food and drinks

Previous bar experience and basic cocktail knowledge preferred.

1. FLOOR STAFF
2. • Clean the dining area, set tables and prepare the restaurant before opening
3. • Welcome guests and assist with seating
4. • Take orders and answer menu questions
5. • Serve food and drinks
6. • Clear, clean and reset tables during service
7. • Process payments using the POS system
8. • Assist with cleaning and closing duties

Previous hospitality experience preferred.

FOR BOTH ROLES

• Valid NSW RSA

• Confident English communication skills

• A friendly attitude, reliability and strong teamwork

• Maintain clean and organised work areas

• Available to work weekends, public holidays and festive periods
