LT16 Lime Tree is our intimate small plates restaurant and cocktail hideout in the heart of Chepstow. We serve seasonal, flavour-packed dishes and pair them with a banging drinks list featuring classic cocktails, creative twists, and good wines. The vibe? Relaxed, stylish, and always welcoming.
We’re looking for a bartender who knows how to shake, stir, pour and charm — someone who takes pride in great drinks and even better service.

YOUR ROLE

As the face behind the bar, you’ll create exceptional drinks and a memorable experience for every guest who pulls up a stool. You’ll work closely with the front-of-house and kitchen team to keep the vibe flowing and the drinks ice-cold. If you love hospitality, have a sharp eye for detail, and know your way around a cocktail shaker, we want to hear from you.
